Our business is watershed management. Watershed management is a comprehensive, integrated, ecosystem approach to the management of natural resources within a common land/water drainage area. Such a management approach recognizes that actions taken today will affect future conditions and that actions taken upstream will affect conditions downstream. Therefore watershed management programs/efforts must take a long-term approach and be holistic.

We strive to balance environmental protection, economic development and human health and safety. As we recognize the importance of all environmental issues and the interconnections between issues, we focus our programming on water. If an issue impacts on water, we make it our business to be involved.
