Great things are happening across the watershed

 

To recognize, award, and encourage involvement in watershed protection, we are pleased to present the following awards and bursaries:

	Presentation of a 2012 Environmental Recognition Award to the Oak Ridges Moraine Foundation

Environmental Recognition Awards - Highlighting outstanding people, groups, and businesses who have demonstrated a commitment to protect and improve our watershed.

Youth Environmental Bursary - $500, sponsored by staff, to a graduating high school student who is applying to post secondary education in environmental or conservation related studies.

Kawartha Conservation Board of Directors Award - $500, sponsored by the Board of Directors, to a graduating student of the Ecological Restoration Honours B.Sc. - Joint Trent-Fleming Degree/Diploma.
