The Friends of Kawartha Conservation is a registered charitable organization.

 

Our Mission

To support the vision and mandate of Kawartha Conservation by raising funds, promoting awareness and engaging the community to restore and sustain a healthy environment for future generations.

 

Since its inception in 1996, we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for environmental projects; completed the reconstruction of the marsh boardwalk at Ken Reid Conservation Area in Lindsay; and secured grants for shoreline naturalization and education programs.
