The landowner consultation service is vital to the success of the Shoreline Naturalization Program. While workshops provide general information on a variety of topics, these free one-on-one visits allow landowners to access information and advice that is specific to their property.

The program coordinator meets on-site with landowners to discuss their property concerns and values, and together they draft a plan that will incorporate the needs of the landowner with the concepts of shoreline naturalization. In many cases these visits result in shoreline projects that wouldn’t otherwise have happened.
