Important Parking Information

On-site parking at Christmas at Ken Reid is limited to 100 spaces, which must be pre-purchased in advance for $20.00 per car (HST included). No day-of onsite parking will be available within Ken Reid Conservation Area. Tickets are non-refundable and sold on a first-come, first-served basis through the event website.

For all other attendees, we’ve made it easy and stress-free to get to the event! Enjoy our convenient off-site parking options with free shuttle buses running all day from multiple pick-up locations in Lindsay.

Stay tuned for shuttle schedules and locations, and secure your spot early to avoid disappointment!

Marsh Boardwalk Temporarily Closed

Due to recent vandalism, the Marsh Boardwalk at Ken Reid Conservation Area is closed until further notice. Visitors can access the viewing platform but there is no through access across the boardwalk.

We’ll provide updates as work progresses.

Report a Violation

Violations are any action activities within the following areas that are undertaken without approval/permit involving:

  • Digging, grading, placing rocks, soil, gravel, etc.
  • Building, expanding, or removing a house, garage, shed, shop, boathouse, etc.
  • Peat extraction

And taking place in a Regulated Area, which includes:

  • Shorelines
  • Wetlands
  • Lands within 30 meters of a wetland
  • Rivers, streams or lake valleys
  • Creeks, drains and ditches
  • Steep slopes, unstable soils and unstable bedrock
  • Areas subject to flooding

Property mapping is available to determine if an area is regulated.
