Vendor Applications Open for Christmas at Ken Reid

NOVEMBER 5, 2026 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LINDSAY, ON – Kawartha Conservation is inviting local makers, artisans and small businesses to apply for the Christmas at Ken Reid Vendor Market on Saturday, December 5, 2026. The outdoor event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Ken Reid Conservation Area in Lindsay.

The market is part of a family-friendly holiday tradition that brings people together at the conservation area. Visitors can browse for gifts, meet the people who make and sell them, and discover local businesses they may not have come across before.

For vendors, it’s a chance to introduce their products to new customers and share the work that goes into what they sell. Kawartha Conservation welcomes applications from businesses that are just getting started as well as those already familiar to local shoppers.

“One of the things I enjoy about the market is seeing people stop to ask how something was made or what inspired it,” said Carolyn Snider, Community Engagement Technician with Kawartha Conservation. “Those conversations are part of what makes shopping locally feel personal. If you’ve been thinking about bringing your products to Christmas at Ken Reid, we’d love to hear from you.”

Local makers, artisans and small businesses interested in taking part can submit their application through the Christmas at Ken Reid vendor application form.
