Book a free pre-consultation meeting today to learn more about what you will need to submit for your permit application. These meetings will help you determine when a permit is required, what development can be approved, alternative options, what will be required with your application, etc.

It should be noted that a pre-consultation meeting is not a requirement for permit applications, and you can feel free to email your questions any time.

When and where

Every Tuesday

Between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm

At the Kawartha Conservation Administrative Centre

277 Kenrei (Park) Road
Lindsay, ON  K9V 4R1

COVID-19 Update: Due to recent lockdown measures put in place by the province, pre-consultation meetings are only being held virtually. Meetings will only take place over the phone or by Microsoft Teams.

Book your pre-consultation meeting today

You can also book a meeting by sending us an email or calling us at 705.328.2271

During your booking, you will need to give enough information for staff to locate the property, such as the address, assessment roll number (ARN), lot, concession, township, etc.

Meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and are generally 30 minutes in length. A longer meeting can be scheduled, if needed.

For projects that are subject to the Ontario Building Code, contact your local municipality before booking a pre-consultation meeting to ensure that your proposal will meet the applicable zoning requirements.
