Property Information Requests
Property information requests are most often submitted during the purchase or sale of a property. However, anyone can submit a property information request.
Once we receive your request we will review the property and identify what regulated features are present on the property (e.g. wetlands, watercourses, etc.). We will then send you a letter with the information requirements needed to get a permit and any restrictions on development that may apply.
If you have specific questions about your property, or you have a draft site plan or location where you are hoping to build, please include this with your request. We will review it and provide comments on any restrictions per our current policies.
Please note that a Property Information Request is not a permit and is not authorization to start construction.
