Violations are any action activities within the following areas that are undertaken without approval/permit involving:
- Digging, grading, placing rocks, soil, gravel, etc.
- Building, expanding, or removing a house, garage, shed, shop, boathouse, etc.
- Peat extraction
And taking place in a Regulated Area, which includes:
- Shorelines
- Wetlands
- Lands within 30 meters of a wetland
- Rivers, streams or lake valleys
- Creeks, drains and ditches
- Steep slopes, unstable soils and unstable bedrock
- Areas subject to flooding
