December 11, 2020 – Kawartha Conservation’s 2021 Tree Seedling sale is now open with a great selection of Evergreens, deciduous trees and shrubs. The program offers native species as well as advancing species which aren't currently found naturally in the Kawartha Watershed, but they are migrating from the South as the climate warms and are becoming more suitable in the Kawartha watershed.

DECEMBER 2, 2020 –Kawartha Conservation and the Kawartha Lakes Public Library are launching the popular Story Walk at Ken Reid Conservation Area this Saturday, December 5, featuring the popular children’s book ‘The Snowy Day’ by Jack Ezra Keats. October 15, 2020 – The local environment will receive a boost thanks to the generous support and partnership between Fenelon Falls Brewing Co., and Kawartha Conservation.
In May, Fenelon Falls Brewing Co., launched the Kawartha Summer Ale, and unofficial beer of summer, in support of Kawartha Conservation programming, stewardship and integrated watershed management in particular.
